Payment and delivery

We do our utmost to deliver your order as quickly as possible. Sometimes products are out of stock, and delivery may take a little longer. An estimated delivery time is shown on the product page. If, for any reason, we are unable to meet this delivery time, we will, of course, inform you as soon as possible.

The listed prices do not include shipping costs. Shipping costs are:

Letterbox parcel up to 2kg (incl. Track & Trace): €4.60

Parcels up to 10kg (incl. Track & Trace): €7.25

Parcels 10 to 23 kg (incl. Track & Trace): €13.50

Delivery is handled by PostNL mail carriers or parcel delivery personnel. Delivery will generally take place the next business day between 9:00 AM and 6:00 PM. Unfortunately, we cannot guarantee the exact delivery time.
